{"id":2954,"date":"2020-10-16T14:45:00","date_gmt":"2020-10-16T14:45:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:8000?p=2954"},"modified":"2023-10-28T15:06:16","modified_gmt":"2023-10-28T15:06:16","slug":"fabrication-de-la-prothese","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kaptech.be\/?p=2954","title":{"rendered":"Fabrication de la proth\u00e8se"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Fabrication de la proth\u00e8se : impression 3D, assemblage, soudures,..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Durant le confinement, l\u2019\u00e9quipe pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente charg\u00e9e du projet \u201cmission arm\u201d a pu bien avancer sur la conception de la main bionique. Le processus de fabrication commence, tout d\u2019abord, par l\u2019impression des diff\u00e9rentes pi\u00e8ces en 3D. Nous profitons de ce post pour vous pr\u00e9senter quelques explications techniques sur les impressions 3D.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Des pi\u00e8ces moins r\u00e9sistantes<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>De par le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de fabrication, les impressions en 3D sont moins r\u00e9sistantes que les processus de moulage et d\u2019usinage.&nbsp;En effet, une imprimante con\u00e7oit une pi\u00e8ce par superposition successive de couches. En refroidissant, ces couches se soudent les unes aux autres et fournissent une certaine solidit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble de la structure. Si une pi\u00e8ce est amen\u00e9e \u00e0 subir des contraintes, les soudures forment un point de rupture sensible. La deuxi\u00e8me figure montre un exemple de conception am\u00e9liorant la r\u00e9sistance de la pi\u00e8ce \u00e0 ce type de contrainte (couche longitudinale).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avant de choisir l\u2019orientation des couches, il est donc important de conna\u00eetre le type d\u2019utilisation de la pi\u00e8ce et d\u2019\u00e9valuer les principales contraintes qu\u2019elle subira.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il existe \u00e9galement d\u2019autres param\u00e8tres d\u2019impression permettant d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la r\u00e9sistance.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par souci de temps d\u2019impression et de co\u00fbt, les pi\u00e8ces ne sont pas compl\u00e8tement remplies.&nbsp; Augmenter la taux de remplissage et l\u2019\u00e9paisseur des parois permet logiquement d\u2019augmenter la r\u00e9sistance. Opter pour un diam\u00e8tre de buse (embout par lequel le plastique sort) plus large permet \u00e9galement d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la r\u00e9sistance des soudures. Une temp\u00e9rature d\u2019extrusion \u00e9lev\u00e9e favorise la fusion des couches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Appliquons ces explications aux impressions 3D de notre proth\u00e8se! Tout d\u2019abord, nous pouvons identifier deux points sensibles, le m\u00e9canisme des diff\u00e9rents doigts et le point d\u2019accroche du poignet. La photo suivante illustre l\u2019utilit\u00e9 de l\u2019impression d\u2019un support rendant la conception de l\u2019enti\u00e8ret\u00e9 de la pi\u00e8ce possible. Pour chacune d\u2019entres elles, il faut s\u2019assurer d\u2019une bonne conduction et de ne pas trop chauffer la carte \u00e9lectronique au risque de l\u2019endommager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La fabrication
